A new Curate for the Marlbrook Team - Catherine Vaughan is being ordained deacon in Wells Cathedral on 1st July and will be beginning ministry here in the Team.
She will mainly be attached to St Michael’s Twerton, but will be seen here at Ascension from time to time. She is moving into Bellotts Rd in June. Some of you may know Catherine – she has been Associate Minister on the Foxhill Estate working for some years in the community there attached to Holy Trinity Combe Down. She has taken the lead in the rebuilding of St Andrews Church and Community Centre which was dedicated last November. The previous one burnt down!
